Followers of Muhammad, whose capacity for critical thought would seem to have been removed, parrot famous Islamic dissimulators, that suggest that somehow the scriptures were rewritten at the Council of Nicea, which took place in 325 AD. Displaying not only an ignorance to the history of scripture, but an even more abject ignorance as to the whole purpose of that council (second post).

Yet we have 5300 partial or complete copies of the New Testament that date to before 300AD - before the Council of Nicea - that were translated into every popular language and distributed throughout the whole known world, through which hundreds of verses reveal:
God as the Father of Jesus:
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/god_the_father.htm
His Son:
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/jesus_the_son_of_god.htm
And the Holy Spirit.
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/spirit_of_god.htm

So to suggest the scriptures were corrupted at Nicea, is to advance the preposterous notion, that men collected up all those copies, in all those languages, that were distributed all over the known world, and uniformly changed or added those hundreds of verses, in all of those manuscript copies, in every popular language that was known to man, were distributed throughout the whole known world! Indeed somehow changed the whole subject of the Gospel, which is the crucifixion, death and resurrection of the Lamb of God, who saves all from sin who have faith in His shed blood!
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/

Yet in spite of the nature of such a foolish, transparent and conspicuous lie, Islam's dissimulators and parrots continue to propagate it.
http://www.falseprophetmuhammad.com/global_war_against_truth.htm#taqiyyah

And for what reason? Because they must reject all of the prophets and witnesses of YHWH - as revealed in His 1600 year record, that His people have followed through two covenants for 3500 years - to follow THE false prophet Muhammad alone.
http://www.falseprophetmuhammad.com/

And by Muhammad's 7th century, those same 5300 partial or complete manuscripts we have from prior to 300 AD (and that's just the ones that have been recovered thus far), while it had continued to be translated into every popular language, copied tens of thousands of times, and had been read all over the known world for centuries by the time Muhammad told Jews and Christians to go by what is revealed therein! So while they are making their empty and false accusations against the scriptures, they are painting their own "messenger" out to have been a fool, for having encouraged Jews and Christians to go by what is in our scriptures!
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/

In spite of choosing to believe foolish, transparent and conspicuous lie, there is not a shred of historical or archaeological evidence that supports Muhammadanism, but rather the evidence suggests that Mecca ever existed before the fourth century, even according to Muslim Eastern History teachers.
http://www.islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=2859.0

Let alone that a leading expert on Arabic and the Quran informs us that about 1/5 of the verses in the most ancient Quran manuscript, simply do not make any sense.
http://www.islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=2576.0

Let alone that the Arabic language did not even exist in a written form until around 300 AD, and scant evidence of the language even existing in spoken form before that.
http://www.islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=2561.0
Yet in spite of that fact they continue to insist on referring to the God of the Christians and Jews, YHWH (said Yahweh), by the name of the Arabian pagan's (most likely) moon god "Allah".
http://www.islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=2265.0

Let alone the internal evidence itself since Muhammad realized he made such a goofed up and self-contradicting mess of his record of "revelation" that he had to institute a doctrine of abrogation.
http://www.beholdthebeast.com/abrogation_quran.htm

For those so sorely deluded by the taqiyyah and dissimulation of Islam's pitifully transparent liars, we recommend you do some independent investigation regarding the textual integrity of scripture, so you won't be so easily fooled in the future.
http://www.falseprophetmuhammad.com/global_war_against_truth.htm#taqiyyah

Why not try being honest with yourself, while actually investigating the subject, rather than depend on the empty words of others?!

For those followers of Muhammad that have chosen self-imposed abject ignorance, over information regarding this subject, there is a mountain of information available on the Internet, as well as on YouTube videos.

Scripture is correct in saying "She will bear a son and in hum is a holy spirit meaning that he will save his people (the Jews?) but the Jews rebelled? his people?

Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

There is only one way to believe in Jesus, my friend, and that is to believe in the precious gift of His shed blood, that saves us from dying in sin. The whole subject of the Gospel. Without believing in His shed blood, nothing else you choose to believe about Jesus matters, at all.
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/the_lamb_slain.htm

Jesus is a unique son (biblical word for prophet) Please note that that their are no upper and lower case letters in aramaic or Hebrew or arabic so your upper case for son is incorrect.)

Yes Jesus is a unique Prophet of God, born of Mary, Mary is the Mother of Jesus. Suckled hime ween him and raised him like a normal human being. GOD does not send Gods to guide us. We would rebel on the day of Reckoning when we face God and say hoe could we ever aspire to reach the same heights of spirituality os a God?

SON of man? does not mean divine son of man.  Jesus often referred to himself as the son of Man. Nathan was sent to David to give hime glad tidings that his offspring will be called son of god. HIS OFFSPRING NOT THAT OF GOD. NATHAN DID NOT SAY THAT GOD WOULD COME TO THE EARTH AND BE CALLED SON OF GOD!!!

The Hebrew word 'ben' which translates into 'son' is used 4932 times. However it is not always translated 'son,' but has other English meanings as well. The Greek word 'huios,' which translated into 'son' (New Testament), is used 376 times, but is not always translated as 'son.'

"Son" is 1,799 times problem is every searched revealed a different number so pick a translation,

Jesus is a unique son (biblical word for prophet)........

So you preface with a lie. Son is not a "(biblical word for prophet)". You are simply bold faced lying like Estes and Deedat. Through his buffoonery Deedat even tried to dupe weak minded people into believing that the terms "spirit" and "prophet" are synonymous.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLnEZ4nUhoU

....... Please note that that their are no upper and lower case letters in aramaic or Hebrew or arabic so your upper case for son is incorrect.)

It's true there were no upper and lower case letters in the Koine Greek, as I have likely pointed out to you numerous times. The Upper case "S" is a liberty taken by translators to point out the OBVIOUS and distinguish Jesus from other sons of God, because the article "THE" DID EXIST in the Koine Greek. Because THE Son of God is exactly that. The Son of God, conceived by a virgin by the direct will of God - like no other person in the history of the world, as much as you try to pretend so in your blasphemy.

Yet you blaspheme THE sinless Lam of God, the Prince of Peace, the only begotten Son of God, to follow a mass murdering, child doing, prisoner raping, terrorist, thieving imperialistic aggressor. Jesus was not just A son of God such as myself:

Galatians 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

You see? Even the article "THE" is unnecessary in that verse, since it is obvious that THE Son of God is uniquely distinguished from sons of God.

Here is how THE Son of God is revealed:
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/jesus_the_son_of_god.htm

Matthew 4:3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

Matthew 4:6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in [their] hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Matthew 14:33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.

Matthew 26:63 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.

Matthew 27:40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest [it] in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.

Matthew 27:43 He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.

Matthew 27:54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

Mark 1:1 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;

Mark 3:11 And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.

Mark 15:39 And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God.

Luke 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Luke 4:3 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.

Luke 4:9 And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

Luke 4:41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking [them] suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.

Luke 8:28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, [thou] Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.

Luke 22:70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.

John 1:34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

John 1:49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.

John 5:25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

John 9:35 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God?

John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

John 11:4 When Jesus heard [that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

John 11:27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

John 19:7 The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.

John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Acts 8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Acts 9:20 And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

Romans 1:4 And declared [to be] the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

2 Corinthians 1:19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, [even] by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea.

Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Hebrews 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast [our] profession.

Hebrews 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put [him] to an open shame.

*Hebrews 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

1John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

1John 4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

1John 5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

1John 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

1John 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

1John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Revelation 2:18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet [are] like fine brass;

While you are a blaspheming antichrist liar Muj:

1John 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

1John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father:

You blaspheme THE Son of God in full knowledge and will stand in judgment for the same. No blizzard of useless words will rescue you from Satan's grasp Muj. Only the very Son of God that you blaspheme can rescue you. Indeed the name "Yeshua" meas to rescue, save or deliver.

The koine greekis an obvious mistranslation.

The son of god" is actually the Nabi, not the Ibn and it is easy to see how the translators could be confused with the Arabic (yes Arabic) Aramiac is a dialect of Arabic. As hebrew is a dialect of Arabic.

It is not My blasphemy that is obvious but your own. I did not break the first and holiest of commands but you did.

EVERY prophet (including John the Baptist) of God preached that there is ONE GOD and that GOD in heaven is ONE (not three). This suddenly changes when Jesus arrives on the scene. Why is that?

The Ten Commandments
Deut. 5.1-21
1     And God spake all these words, saying,
2     I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3     Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4     Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or
that is in the water under the earth:
5     thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: Ex. 34.17 · Lev. 19.4 ; 26.1 · Deut. 4.15-18 ; 27.15 for I the LORD thy God
         am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6     and showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. Ex. 34.6, 7 · Num. 14.18 · Deut. 7.9, 10
7     ¶ Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain: Lev. 19.12 for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in
         vain.

KJV: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.

19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

ALONG COMES THE COUNCIL OF NICEA (ROMAN CATHOLICS) AND REWRITES THE BIBLE OLD AND NEW VERSION:

ALL COPIES THAT DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THEIRS IS BURNT

It's hard to imagine riots in the streets, pamphlet wars and vicious rhetoric spawned by such a question, but that was the nature of things in A.D. 325, when Constantine was forced to take action to quell the controversy.

That summer, 318 bishops from across the empire were invited to the Turkish town of Nicea, where Constantine had a vacation house, in an attempt to find common ground on what historians now refer to as the Arian Controversy. It was the first ever worldwide gathering of the Church.

The Christianity we know today is a result of what those men agreed upon over that sticky month, including the timing of the religion's most important holiday, Easter, which celebrates Jesus rising from the dead.

Young religion

Christianity was young and still working out the kinks when Constantine took power over the Roman Empire in A.D. 306. Christian doctrine at the time was muddled and inconsistent, especially when it came to the central question of Jesus' relationship to God.

Jesus was as eternally divine as the Father, said one camp led by the Archbishop Alexander of Alexandria. Another group, named the Arians after their leader Arius the preacher, saw Jesus as a remarkable leader, but inferior to the Father and lacking in absolute divinity.

Supporters on both sides scrawled graffiti on town walls in defiance while bishops from across the empire entered into a war of words as the controversy simmered to a head in 324.

Fearing unrest in his otherwise peaceful territory, Constantine summoned the bishops to his lake house in Nicea on June 19, 325.

Savvy move

In a savvy move that would put today's shrewd politicians to shame, the compromise proffered by Constantine was vague, but blandly pleasing: Jesus and God were of the same "substance," he suggested, without delving too much into the nature of that relationship. A majority of the bishops agreed on the compromise and voted to pass the language into doctrine.

Their statement of compromise, which would come to be known as "The Nicene Creed," formed the basis for Christian ideology. The bishops also used the Council of Nicea to set in stone some church rules that needed clarification, and those canons were the reference point after which all future laws were modeled.

The koine greekis an obvious mistranslation.

More vane wishes Muj. Koine Greek was the lingua franca of the 1st century Holy Land. It is the language that the Gospel was penned in.

ALONG COMES THE COUNCIL OF NICEA (ROMAN CATHOLICS) AND REWRITES THE BIBLE OLD AND NEW VERSION:

Repeating this lie won't make it magically come true, when we have 5300 partial or complete manuscripts of the Gospel, in every popular language of the whole known world, that were penned before 300 AD, penned in every popular language that were being read all over the known world, prior to the Council of Nicea.

The abject ignorance to history you express is appalling, though typical of Muhammadans.
http://www.islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=3916.msg15980#msg15980

Muhammadans must necessarily divorce themselves from historical record, or they would have to come to terms with the fact that Mecca never existed prior to the 4th century AD.

And as you well know, Muhammadans must necessarily reject and blaspheme the Son of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to follow Satan, through his stand-alone messenger Muhammad, alone. How about a few more verses Muj?

1John 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [(but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also].

1John 2:24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

1John 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

1John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins.

1John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son [to be] the Saviour of the world.

1John 5:9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.

1John 5:11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

1John 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; [and] he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

2John 1:3 Grace be with you, mercy, [and] peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

2John 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

And thus obviously and without question, from Satan himself, and out of the mouth of a single stand-alone 7th century SW Arabian desert dwelling illiterate:

Surah 9.29 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 30 The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!
