If the God of Islam is the God of Abraham, why does he curse Christians and Jews?
"The Jews call 'Uzair a son of God, and the Christians call Christ the Son of God. That is a saying from their mouth; (In this) they but imitate what the Unbelievers of old used to say. God's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth! (Surah 9.30)
If this were the same God as the Christians and Jews it would seem he would be both schizophrenic and bi-polar

if you read the passage carefully you see why he curses those people, it is because they ascribe partners to god, that is why god does not like partners being ascribed to him. it is as plain and simple as that. there are jews and christians(a small section of them) that do not believe that god has children.
