To try to reinforce their denial of the crucifixion, death and resurrection of the Messiah, Jesus Christ, Muhammad's followers will often make the claim that "Allah would never let his messengers be tortured or killed" perhaps because, while Muhammad sent hundreds of thousands to their deaths in his name, he himself died in bed in a whimper through what would seem the delayed effects of a prior poisoning. However such a declaration runs contrary not only to their own books, but to the historical reality of the fate of the prophets and witnesses of Yahweh.

Jesus sacrificed Himself to save us from our sins. It was the sinful nature of mankind that killed Jesus. It was you and I that killed Jesus. Happening just as His crucifixion was prophesied, so many hundreds of years before the Messiah was revealed to us. His Hebrew name "Yeshua" means "Yahweh saves", or rescues.

To a non-Muslim that hasn't had experience chatting with these poor deluded souls, that might seem peculiar, perhaps even a declaration of Muhammad's divinity.

But the poor deluded soul makes that claim, because Muhammad told his followers that Muhammad's words were his "Allah's" words, and since the poor fellow was indoctrinated into Muhammad's "religion" he believes Muhammad, without any corroborating witnesses.
To a non-Muslim, and particularly a Christian, the claim that the Quran was written by Allah, is not only preposterous, but outright laughable, once we investigate the behavior of Muhammad and his followers as revealed through their own books.
