Daniel 11- No desire for god of his fathers

I'm curious as to what these verses could mean.  If we are in fact talking about a Muslim empire or leader, what is the meaning of this king not having regard for his fathers gods.  Muslims are absolutely adamant about Allah being the only God.  How could a muslim deviate from that? Or is the God of his fathers speaking about God-Yahweh.  The God of Abrahama, Isaac and Jacob and he forsakes the true God for Allah. 

Also it says that he will magnify himself above all others.  Muslims consider Allah greater than all.  I'm not understanding these verses in the context of the antichrist being the islamic empire, etc.  What could they mean?

Daniel 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. 38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not.......

"Neither shall he regard ..... the desire of women..." Some don't find Muhammad a fit for this ruler because "...he shall magnify himself above all...", confusing what Mohammed claimed, with the reality of what Mohammed accomplished. He indeed magnified himself above all because Muslims must necessarily reject the 1600 year record that God delivered through ALL of His prophets and witnesses, that His people have followed through two covenants for 3500 years, to follow Mohammed's stand-alone, 23 year, 7th century record.

Mohammed did indeed honor the "god of forces", Satan, and not the God of his fathers.
I used to think that Mohammed was descended from Ishmael which would be a fit because Ishmael's God was his father Abraham's God.
After reading Dr. Amari I now believe the Arabian Muslims were immigrants from Yemen, who were immigrants from across the strait in Ethiopia, descended from Cush the eldest son of Ham. Had nothing to do with any linage from Ishmael.

Now if you ask me about Hamites I don't have a clue and would defer to one of my elders, my Halley's Bible Handbook, or more likely an internet search. Maybe resisting knows a little something on the subject, but do read the link above.
