A season and a time
« on: December 15, 2011, 01:26:52 PM »
I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

Daniel Chapter 7

If you read the article on beholdthebeast.com titled Mathematical Precision of Prophecy, toward the bottom, there is a chart showing that Daniel 7:12's a season and a time is referring to the time from the Dome of the Rock to 1948.

However, the preceding passage appears to be relating to the fall of the Roman Empire.

So, a season and a time (either 1250 or 1090 years) after 476, the previous world powers begin to start falling apart and this leads to the modernization of Europe.

Just some food for thought...

If you haven't read "The False Prophet" please include this link in your consideration.

If you haven't read "The False Prophet" it would be a good idea to do so now because it is a brick by brick empirical argument, on which many of the pages of the beholdthebeast web site such as the one you cited, are based.
It's absolutely free and fun to read.
