Replacement Theology

Replacement Theology

As you can see from the search above, replacement theology is a doctrine that suggests that Jews are no longer God's chosen people, but that Christians have taken their place.

Apparently an omniscient God didn't really mean it when He declared everlasting covenants with Abraham Isaac, Jacob and their seed.

Genesis 15:18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates.....

Genesis 17:8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

The fruit of replacement theology would seem pretty rotted, when we find that Presbyterian church leaders met with - leaders of the internationally recognized terrorist organization and Muhammadan murderer of Americans - Hezbollah, while denouncing Israelis.

Historical fruit of replacement theology is the Roman church persecution and slaughter of Jews, including throughout Europe, on their way down to slaughter Muslims in Israel.

Replacement theology also provided the excuse used by despots like Hitler and the KKK to persecute and murder Jews.

We find the same list of holders of replacement theology discussing divestment of Israeli assets and boycotts of companies that manufacture things that are used by Israelis, again joining hands with Muhammad's followers and the foes of the United States and 1400 year enemy of Jews and Christians.

Divesting from the only country in the Middle East that shares our western values. and is the 5th largest customer of U.S.

A person doesn't have to be the sharpest knife in the drawer to agree with Benjamin Netanyahu when he said "If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more violence. If the Jews put down their weapons today, there would be no more Israel". No person capable of being honest with themselves can disagree with this.

Islam's leaders vow to "drive the Jews into the sea" and "kill all the Jews", desiring to turn Israel into another Islamist wife-beating slave state, because they can't stand honest hard working productive people, any more than they can stand the fact that Muslims enjoy more freedom in Israel than they do in any Muslim controlled country on earth.

Unfortunately, most politicians in the U.S., attend churches that hold replacement theology.

Replacement theology is generally found hand in hand with the 17th century, Roman Catholic anti-reformation invention of Jesuit Luis De Alcasar, of preterism

The elements are outlined here

After all, it wasn't but about a half century earlier that another Roman church anti-reformation effort by Jesuit Ribera - futurism - failed to fool the reformers as well.

The antisemitism driven by replacement theology that resulted in historical Roman Church persecution of Jews, and those like Hitler and the KKK using it as an excuse to persecute and murder Jews, perhaps comes largely through insisting on a narrow definition - what I believe to be an incorrect understanding based on Strong's definitions - of the Koine Greek term  "genea", as a means to condemn an entire race of men as a happenstance of their birth.
