Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The Last Hour would not come until there would arise about thirty impostors, liars, and each one of them would claim that he is a messenger of Allah. As far as I know the only person that claimed to be an Islamic "mesenger of Allah" is the one of the Ahmadiyya sect, and based on the persecution and murder of those poor folks, I wouldn't expect too many more to arise. These poor folks persecuted and murdered perhaps most particularly, because of their pop-prophet's warped and twisted version, of Islam as a religion of peace!
