Why would anyone fly an airline based in an Islamic country?

Watching the news about the Egyptair crash today - for whatever reason as I write - one has to wonder why anyone would trust an aircraft operated by an airline based in an Islamic country?

I suppose I could be wrong in presuming that the vast majority of employees of an airline based in a Muslim-majority country (particularly since they discriminate against non-Muslims) - including pilots, attendants and all service personnel, including those in "security" positions such as passenger inspection (wink and a nod) and those overseeing the job of bomb-sniffing dogs and such, much less those loading food on board and cleaning up the aircraft cabins, in these vastly Muslim-majority countries - would be Muslims.

For pity's sake, they even hired 73 people that were on our own terrorist watch list here in the U.S., to work  for the TSA!

So how could anyone trust - Muslims included - that some Muslim in any of those positions of trust - including pilots - wouldn't decide to simply run the plane into the ground in a suicide attack (like the Muslim flight crew aboard EgyptAir flight 990 in the NE U.S. in 1999), when their "messenger" calls his followers to terrorize, slaughter and/or subjugate non-Muslims to Muhammad's followers?
