Sorry but I don't understand what this is about. It looks to me from the rough Google translation that she won some kind of concession space to make some kind of fries or something like that, not terrorism.
I don't know why the Iranian government would make somebody sign a statement declaring they are a "Fanatic Terrorism Muslim" as any sort of punishment, since that certainly describes the Iranian government, as well as all Quran and Mohammed following Muslims, anyway.
