Islamic Blasphemy Against God & His People
« on: July 07, 2010, 05:39:47 AM »
The prophet Daniel defined the term "beast" when used in the figurative language of a dream or vision in prophecy.

Daniel 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth...

Thus when we combine Daniel and John's prophecies of lion, bear and leopard "beast" kingdoms, we find it places John's leopard-bear-lion composite beast of Revelation 13 squarely in the Middle East, as explored at the thread link that follows.

As we move through the description of Mohammed's Islamic kingdom "beast" in Revelation 13 we read

Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

Muslims in this forum demonstrate perfect fulfillment of this verse. Let's consider the elements one by one.

Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name,....

Muslims blaspheme God's name by calling Him by the NAME of "Allah" instead of "I AM" or YHWH or Yahweh, or substituting the generic term "God".

Exd 3:13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, [when] I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What [is] his name? what shall I say unto them? 14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

"Allah" does not mean "I AM" in any language on earth. Nor is it a word for the generic term "God", since the Arabic word for that is "ilah". The first pillar of Islam reads "There is no ilah except Allah".
Archaeological evidence suggests that "Allah" was the name of the pagan Arabic moon god deity.

 ............ and his tabernacle, ............

Hbr 8:1 Now of the things which we have spoken [this is] the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; 2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.

Mohammed, and thus his followers, imaginations of God's tabernacle is the one constructed in Mecca by pagan immigrants from Yemen that was built for moon, sun, star, planet and jinn worship.

Muslims call God's people misguided, corrupted, liar, and such. Evidence abounds in this forum.
God's people ARE His temple.

Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner [stone]; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

2Cr 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be  their God, and they shall be my people.

New Testament Greek Definition:
3485 naos {nah-os'}
from a primary naio (to dwell); TDNT - 4:880,625; n m
AV - temple 45, a shrine 1; 46
1) used of the temple at Jerusalem, but only of the sacred edifice
(or sanctuary) itself, consisting of the Holy place and the Holy
of Holies
(in classical Greek it is used of the sanctuary or cell
of the temple, where the image of gold was placed which is
distinguished from the whole enclosure)
2) any heathen temple or shrine
3) metaph. the spiritual temple consisting of the saints of all ages
joined together by and in Christ

.... and them that dwell in heaven.

The most pervasive example of blasphemy against those in heaven is against Paul, but Muslims blaspheme all of the prophets and apostles and witnesses as revealed in the 1600 year record of God to mankind, to follow Mohammed and his 23 year 7th century record.
The most important one that they blaspheme is Jesus Christ - the Son of God - and the blood He shed for all.

Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

And the tragedy

Hbr 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

And at final judgment for those so sorely deceived

Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast  and the false prophet  [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
