New wine?! drunk in the Spirit, holy laughter?
« on: November 28, 2010, 12:50:29 AM »
I have a few questions about new wine. Is new wine the gospel? There is a belief, which i believe to be a heresy, that you can get "drunk in the Spirit" or "holy laughter."What do you think about these beliefs?  And people call this new wine. Also did Yeshua drink alcoholic wine? Thank you.Yahweh bless:)

I would have to know a little more about what you mean by "drunk in the Spirit" or "holy laughter" in order to tell you. Could you explain what these are? The new wine, from my understanding, was the New Covenant, and the central message of that is forgiveness of sins and the completion of righteousness through Yeshua's sacrafice and resurrection. As for Yeshua drinking alcoholic wine. Yes I believe He did. There was no such thing as non-alcoholic wine in those days. At least not that I am aware of and the presence of alcohol kept the beverage from becoming poisonous or corrupted by bacteria. This was one reason why alcoholic beverages were used a lot in those days. But the alcohol content wasn't likely to have been high and one must also remember that drinking alcohol is not a sin but the overconsumption of alcohol to the point of intoxication is. So it doesn't matter either way. Me personally I do not drink because I don't want to not because I feel sinful for doing it. So long as I don't get drunk.
Doth that man love his Lord who would be willing to see Jesus wearing a crown of thorns, while for himself he craves a chaplet of laurel? Shall Jesus ascend to his throne by the cross, and do we expect to be carried there on the shoulders of applauding crowds? Charles H. Spurgeon

So the Lord lead to me watch this video right after i posted this. This is being drunk in the "Spirit" and "holy laughter" which are both are doctrines of demons. Watch this video and the other 2 parts if you would like to understand these doctrines.  SHOCKING DOCUMENTARY 1- False spirits invade the church - KUNDALINI WARNING - Andrew Strom -  Thank you for replying. I will be looking into how they fermented the wine and such. The reason I asked if it was alcoholic,is because many people that drink excessively use the fact that "Jesus drank wine, then so can i" but of course, they are abusing it. Hope these videos shed light into these false doctrines. Yahweh bless;)
