Isa 29:12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

Alleged to be a prophecy about Mohammed, taking it out of context.

It is a rebuke of Pharisees and rather than a prophecy of Mohammed it is a rebuke of false precepts, taught by false prophets like Mohammed, and any others whose precepts make the Word of God of none effect.

It says not learned - that is about the things of God that the Pharisees had learned - in context. That someone is unfamiliar about the subject - that someone doesn't know about something - is unacquainted with a subject. It has to do with perception or wisdom. It doesn't have anything to do with illiteracy except biblical illiteracy which Mohammed demonstrated in spades with his rehashed Arabian and Hebrew fables and such.

The passage is generally about the pharisees, paying lip service to God while not seeing, while those that were unlearned in the ways of God, but walking in the Spirit of God, can see. Like Jesus rebuke of the Pharisees, that also applies to no shortage of church doctrine today:

Mar 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

Just like Muslims are unlearned in the parable of the nobleman. ("bring hither and slay them before me")

Same reason Jesus spoke in parables:

Mar 4:9 And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. 10 And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable. 11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all [these] things are done in parables: 12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and [their] sins should be forgiven them.

The reason for such misunderstanding:

1Cr 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned.

Muslims call the bible corrupt and a lie, and then turn right back around and quote it as prophecy, of Mohammed.

That's the result of being surrounded by liars. The term for it is taquiyyah, or lying in the way of Allah.
Always stuck having to decide how much of what one is hearing is a lie, or how one lie might be less bad than another.

For Christians a liar is just that. Cannot be depended on for anything. Somebody whose word is to be discarded out of hand.
