Even though they lived so closely to the event, I wondered how many of our early church fathers (certainly not the last word) believed the book of Revelation was virtually all fulfilled by 70 ad, with the exception of the resurrection of the dead and the return of Christ as preterists hold through Jesuit Luis Alcazar's 17th century anti-reformation invention.
I don't have time at present, but at a quick glance, the first two on the list seemed to be looking for more than that in the future. Should make for a good thread topic.
