Homosexuals For Christ

Greetings and this is my first post and is a suggestion.

I am not sure how big of a movement the "Homosexuasl for Christ" movement has, but recently I found myself in a debate on Amazon when I reviewed the QJV (Queen James Bible) which you can find here: http://queenjamesbible.com/

I am only asking for a suggestion, could we have a section based for this new movement/translations for people who are homosexual but confess "Yeshua" as Lord? In my humble opinion the church has somewhat failed to properly addresses this sin/disease (however you define it).

As an example I am a recovered "Alcoholic", I was certainly on the path to destruction and I always got so much support from Christians, even when I refused to repent. But yet these very same Christians through their own daughter out of the house because she befriended a homosexual.

I am just saying in "general" the church tends to condemn the gays, rather then to love them just as they love others who are unsaved. Now that we have this movement and FALSE translations/churches/Bible Studies increasing it would be nice if we could add a section covering this topic.

Hi Ed, and welcome to the forum! We are indeed called to love everyone. It has been some years since I was involved with this, as I got educated when I was in the Episcopal Church when they ordained Bishop Robinson. I did a lot of research to support my protests prior to my departure (blessedly I wandered into a Calvary Chapel when I left and was saved a couple months later).

For folks who aren't familiar with the misery, heartache and self-destructive bondage these poor folks suffer, the Family Research Council has a lot of information regarding the gay lifestyle and its consequences. Also a lot of statistics (at least they used to a decade ago). Here's their section on human sexuality:

Hi Pete,

That's perfect! You are so blessed with knowledge in providing needed links. I will be sure to bookmark and read these, as sadly I have not done enough of research either.

As of 3 friends I know, one came from a Christian family, his father was a pastor of the 4 square church, sadly his life was cut short at age of 36 by cancer. I never knew about him being gay until it was to late as he kept this a secret.
