CBN.com – I was very disappointed to see that U.S. News would publish a clearly false article, adopting the world's clearly false, politically correct (PC) view of the place of the Crusades in history. What makes it even worse, the article hides its views under the additional headline falsehood, "The Truth About the Epic Clash Between Christianity and Islam."

Let me explain.

The opening heading states, "During the Crusades, East and West first met." This is just totally in error, as any person with the slightest knowledge of history well knows. East and West had been fighting for at least 1,500 years before the first Crusade.

Their "only goal" like the rest of Islamic conquest unto today, was to conquer the world and subjugate the vanquished to Islam, while stealing the fruit of their labor whether directly or through the jizya.

The author would seem to suffer from abject blindness to Islamic atrocities against Christians being responsible for most of the 105,000 to 180,000 Christians martyred around the world every year, with Fox News just last night reporting on Christians beheaded and killed with knives and machetes by Muslims in Egypt. As the Muslims Brotherhood continues on its campaign to wipe out the remnant of Christians outside of Israel (and wishfully inside Israel). All while Obama sends the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt F-16 fighter jets and tens of billions in U.S. financial aid, in violation of U.S. law which does not allow us to continue to send financial support to a country in which there is a military coup, or that the military even has influence over.

A better place to begin his article would have been the Islamic conquest of the Arabian peninsula, and Muhammad's beheading 800 innocent Jewish farm boys and their dads and grandpas of the tribe of the Banu Qurayza, while pressing their little sisters, moms and grandmothers into sexual slavery, and selling the discards off into slavery to buy swords and camels to further advance continued conquest of God's people.
