Crisis? What Crisis?
It is interesting to watch how the mainstream media is either ignoring or distorting the current riots in France. At its roots, the riots are about people being angry at their government for increasing the price of fuel to fund climate change renewable projects that are both less efficient, and wildly expensive. The people are learning the hard way that climate change regulation has a very high cost even though fossils fuels are abundantly cheap.
Despite the best efforts of the EU, and Macron, there are people who aren't being fooled by the climate change carbon tax scam. What is especially egregious is that Macron is turning off his Nuclear Power factories as well, a very lucrative form of energy for the French. If he succeeds France will have gone from being an energy supplier to an energy buyer by 2035, all in the name of keeping the earth from boiling, the seas rising and whatever else will happen. Except that Macron and the EU Climate Alarmists are misleading the public in an effort to regulate and squeeze revenue from cheap oil.
In fact, there are more scientist actually concerned we could head into an ice age - and as soon as this year, according to recent reports pointing our attention to a cooling atmosphere that is currently underway due to reduced solar activity, something that brought us a mini-Ice Age from 1650 to 1715.
The media won't tell you the riots are about people being upset about climate change taxes, because this of course would mean there are people who deny such programs would work, and this goes against the consensus of Climate Change and the so-called universal support for renewables, a far less efficient energy that has an extremely high cost.
The government and the media did a really good job at convincing humanity that man is causing climate change. We have been conditioned to believe, as a matter of supposed logic, that every time we fill our gas tank or use electricity generated by coal, we are warming the planet. We have also been conditioned to believe that the earth is indeed getting warmer and that seas are actually rising. I have conversations with grown adults all of the time about these real concerns – supposedly educated people, who believe the seas are rising as we speak and the earth is getting hotter every year, neither of which is true. The Weather Channel, NPR, Leftist publications, and even respected science journals (mostly getting its content from government funded research thesis papers) have also chimed in: Climate Change is real (which is true), man is making things warmer (false) and we can stop it by converting to renewables (false).
Factual science says man cannot produce enough carbon dioxide to produce any significant change that would make any difference in global weather. In terms of greenhouse gases, our atmosphere counts 400 carbon molecules per million. Of those greenhouse gas carbon molecules, man produces just 1 per million; the remaining 399 carbon molecules are naturally produced. In warmer times, the carbon count was as high as 1500 parts per million, we are only at 400 ppm right now - even after 200 years of industrialization.
Please check this fact and you will realize that mankind is very far from having the ability to increase or decrease the temperature of the earth.
Now back to France.
Can someone explain how charging a carbon tax reduces greenhouse gases?
And that is why they are rioting.
