While doing a completely unrelated internet search I stumbled across the following page that caught my eye regarding workplace fatalities. I wondered how many of these people thought they would die that very day:

Convenience store clerk shot and killed.
Fell from bucket lift.
Fell off of ladder in electrical supply store.
etc. etc.
