How can a "scripture" pretend to "confirm" a scripture that came before it, when it contains a specific denial of the whole subject of the scripture that came before it?

Indeed the Quran is so much the opposite, of the scripture that came before it, Islam is antichrist:

Surah 19:88 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 89 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous!

1 John 2:22 ..... He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father.....

One obviously must choose between opposites. In this case the love of the one true God as revealed through the sinless Messiah, or the murder, mayhem and misery visited upon humanity by Muhammad and his followers of the enemy of the one true God.

One must choose between the one true God Yahweh as revealed through all of His prophets and witnesses in His 1600 year record of revelation to mankind, whose people have followed through two covenants for 35 years. Books that Muhammad claimed his "Allah" described as:

Surah 80.13 (It is) in Books held (greatly) in honour, 14 Exalted (in dignity), kept pure and holy,15 (Written) by the hands of scribes- 16 Honourable and Pious and Just.

Or choose the stand-alone false prophet Muhammad's deity "Allah", as revealed through Muhammad's stand-alone, heavily abrogated, 23-year, 7th century record as inspired by Jabr, Waraqa, Tubba and others.
