Act 4:10

Thus, giving her consent to God's word, Mary becomes the mother of Jesus.
Espousing the divine will for salvation wholeheartedly, without a single sin to restrain her, she gave herself entirely to the person and to the work of her Son;
she did so in order to serve the mystery of redemption with him and dependent on him, by God's grace:

And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine. 4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come. 5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do [it]. Why did Mary need a Savior if she was sinless?
Luke 1:46
And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, 47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. 1172 "In celebrating this annual cycle of the mysteries of Christ, Holy Church honors the Blessed Mary, Mother of God, with a special love.
She is inseparably linked with the saving work of her Son. In her the Church admires and exalts the most excellent fruit of redemption and joyfully contemplates, as in a faultless image, that which she herself desires and hopes wholly to be."

I, [even] I, [am] the LORD; and beside me [there is] no saviour. Hsa 13:4

That is what the dogma of the Immaculate Conception confesses, as Pope Pius IX proclaimed in 1854:

no special distinction regarding His mother.

And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed [is] the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. 28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed [are] they that hear the word of God, and keep it. Jesus also places the Word of God above Mary for believers.
