I try not to refer to Muhammad's followers when in conversation with them as "Muslims" but instead refer to them as Muhammad himself did, as "followers of Muhammad", which I think helps isolate them toward understanding that they follow Muhammad alone through his 23 year 7th-10th century AD stand-alone record. I do this instead of using the term "Muhammadan", which is perfectly proper and most descriptive, but which some of them take offense to as some sort of slur. Since Muhammad himself called them "followers of Muhammad", they can't take issue with that, without defaming their own prophet.

Beginning with the most important aspect and that is that Muhammad proclaimed the
exact opposite of the whole subject of the Gospel - the crucifixion of Christ. Also inviting conversation regarding the fact that Islam is specifically antichrist, and why.
