Does God have a Spirit?
« on: September 12, 2008, 12:00:33 PM »
Does God have a Spirit, my Muslim friends?

Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Why do Muslims call Jesus Ruhullah? What does it mean in Islam? Click here.

Answer from a Muslim friend, copy and pasted from a YouTube:

MUSLIM:

The Bible teaches belief in ONE GOD.

But MOST CHRISTIANS WORSHIP 3 GODS.

The trinity is not a part of Biblical belief.

It is a man-made doctrine that originates from the Egyptian 3-headed God Osiris.

MUSLIM:

Ruhallah means the Spirit created by Allah Almighty (SWT).

That spirit is Blessed Messiah Jesus (AS).

PETE:

NO Christians worship 3 gods and you know that because our bible says God is one God.
Trinity is a doctrinal term.
If God had not manifest, or revealed, Himself to mankind we couldn't know He exists.
God manifest Himself through His spirit:
Gen 1:2...And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Exd 31:3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

Do you believe Jesus WAS ONLY a spirit, while here?

Answer from a Muslim friend copy and pasted from a YouTube:

MUSLIM:

Allah is NUR (LIGHT).

We can neither see him nor fell him.

He is made of NUR, and has no beginning nor end.

It seems that maybe you meant that God is light in the metaphorical sense. Maybe that He is the essence of everything.
If that is what you meant, then WHAT IF God had wanted to show Himself, physically, to mankind?
To demonstrate for us exactly how He wants us to be.
To be the ultimate example to us.

Couldn't He just say "be" and it would be?

Could He then be revealed as a light for all mankind? Lighting the way for us, and showing us His truth?

Yes Allah created a spirit.

He created a Spirit and cast it into the womb of the Blessed virgin Mary.

She begot Jesus, who was that spirit and spoke when he was ONE HOUR. He was a WORD UNTO MANKIND.

PETE:

1) But Allah isn't ONLY LIGHT, or He couldn't have created anything, could He?
2) How can there be any darkness IF GOD IS LIGHT, AND HE IS EVERYWHERE?
3) If God cast ONLY A SPIRIT into Mary, HOW COULD ANYBODY HAVE EVEN SEEN JESUS?
4) If Jesus was ONLY A WORD how could they see Him? Wasn't Jesus a baby and then a man? DIDN'T HE COME IN THE FLESH WITH A SPIRIT?
5) If Mary begat Jesus, who was His father?

1) Allah (SWT) is a light that cannot be seen
2) God is omnipresent. He is everywhere. This means that he knows everything that is happening and is not literal.
3) The Spirit became flesh.
4) Yes, he came in flesh.
5) I can ask you, Who was the father and mother of Adam?

The Qur'an answers this question:

Lo! the likeness of Jesus with Allah is as the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust, then He said unto him: Be! and he is. (Surah Ale-Imran 3:59)

Jesus had no father and was made like Adam.

Luk 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

You believe in 2 gods.
You are a polytheist.

Seems Mohammed didn't even know what the "trinity" is perhaps because he consorted with a defrocked Catholic priest.
I have already mentioned that I think the doctrinal term "trinity" is unfortunate not only because it has kept so many Muslims from Christ, but also because it doesn't do a very good job of describing things.

Christians believe in only ONE GOD, as you know, from the book of Mark.

So there is GOD.

And there are the ways God chose to manifest Himself to mankind. If He had not manifest, or revealed, Himself to us, how could we know He exists?

Through His Spirit.
To the Jews in the form of a burning bush.
By speaking directly to Abraham and the Apostles for another example.
And by manifesting Himself in the flesh of Jesus Christ for just a few examples.

5) I can ask you, Who was the father and mother of Adam?

God was the father of Adam, at least in the generic sense that God is my father too.

Adam obviously had no mother since he was the first created human.

But Jesus had a mother in the virgin Mary. Jesus was put in Mary's womb by God. Jesus calls God His Father.

http://www.islamandthetruth.com/god_the_father.htm

Jesus is the ONLY BEGOTTEN of the Father. You have to agree that Jesus is the ONLY PERSON IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD that was conceived in just the way that He was, by the will of God the Father.

Jesus and God are coexistent. He was only MADE MANIFEST when He was finally shown to us:

Hebrews 9:26  For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

John 17:24   Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

The Bible does say Adam was the son of God:

In Luke 3:38, it is said:

"the son of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God."

Adam was also the son of God.

And Jesus was called the son of Joseph in Luke 3:25.

Then what makes Jesus so special.

The Qur'an also says the likeness of Jesus is like that of Adam (Surah Ale Imran 3:59)

The Bible does say Adam was the son of God:

In Luke 3:38, it is said:

"the son of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God."

Adam was also the son of God.

I already said that Adam may have been A son of God in the sense that I am. Though he would be the only one in world history THAT BEGAN AS A SON of God but ended as not.

NOBODY else has ever been born regenerate any more than anyone is born a Christian or Muslim. Under God we are born as either Jew or Gentile or a combination of the two.

Here's one in the same mold of Deedat (liar) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5L8rlVgM2c ( that claims to be a converted X-Christian pastor that quotes the same, trying to make the same claim. I guess all you guys get it from Deedat's playbook. He didn't allow my comments to post (though different version than the one I just got with a "adam son of god" search on YouTube). Claims to be a former pastor but apparently never picked up a Greek TR interlinear:

Sometimes the translators of the KJV embellished with helper words in brackets:

Luke 3:38 Which was [the son] of Enos, which was [the son] of Seth, which was [the son] of Adam, which was [the son] of God.

Now a person seeking truth rather than to advance not only Mohammedan lies, but more importantly to be an accuser of Jesus Christ, might say "Gee, it says here Adam was the son of God. But I wonder if those bracketed helper words appear in the Greek."

(Greek/English Interlinear (tr) NT) Luke 3:38  tou  <3588>  enwV  <1800>  tou  <3588> {OF ENOS,}  shq  <4589>  tou  <3588> {OF SETH,}  adam  <76>  tou  <3588> {OF ADAM,}  qeou  <2316> {OF GOD.}

So we see the verse in the Greek TR interlinear reads: OF ENOS, OF SETH, OF ADAM, OF GOD.

Was Adam "of God"? Well who created Adam from dust? Of course Adam was of God.

Yet look at the cacophony - the parade - of Muslims borrowing the page out of Deedat's lie book:

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=adam+son+of+god&search=Search

And Jesus was called the son of Joseph in Luke 3:25.

Then what makes Jesus so special.

The Qur'an also says the likeness of Jesus is like that of Adam (Surah Ale Imran 3:59)

I see. You believe Jesus was the only human in the history of mankind ever born of a virgin, by the hand of God Himself, and the only sinless person in world history, yet you state "Then what makes Jesus so special."

For others looking in, what you see throughout the pages of this Muslim section is the perfect embodiment of "that spirit of antichrist". Even when he looks back at his words he will perceive nothing wrong with what he wrote.

Even though you believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, you seem to want to believe that He was also somehow sired by Joseph. Was Jesus Joseph's supposed son? Who was Mary's husband? Then who would have appeared to be Jesus earthly father?

Luk 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was [the son] of Heli,

(Greek/English Interlinear (tr) NT) Luke 3:23  kai  <2532> {AND}  autoV  <846> {HIMSELF}  hn  <2258> (5713)  o  <3588> {WAS}  ihsouV  <2424> {JESUS}  wsei  <5616> {ABOUT}  etwn  <2094> {YEARS [OLD]}  triakonta  <5144> {THIRTY}  arcomenoV  <756> (5734) {BEGINNING [TO BE],}  wn  <5607> (5752) {BEING,}  wV  <5613> {AS}  enomizeto  <3543> (5712) {WAS SUPPOSED,}  uioV  <5207> {SON}  iwshf  <2501>  tou  <3588> {OF JOSEPH,}  hli  <2242> {OF HELI,}

AND HIMSELF WAS JESUS ABOUT YEARS THIRTY BEGINNING [TO BE] BEING, WAS SUPPOSED, OF JOSEPH, OF HELI

You see what a little effort can do? Christians generally don't need to bother looking beyond the KJV because they automatically see these relationships. Even unregenerate can see these relationships IF they put their effort into understanding. But you, my friend, put your effort into MISunderstanding in an effort to nullify the Word of God in favor of your 7th century false prophet and the stand-alone religion of Mohammedanism.

Matthew 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen [do]: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

No I am not a polytheist.

Muslims believe in God and the Spirit created by God.

It is God's spirit meaning it is owned and mastered by God, and it worships God and does specific duties assigned to it by God.

The difference between this and Christianity is that Christians believe that the Spirit is God.

Muslims just consider it a helper and servant of God Almighty.

Of course not. That's the point. Neither are Christians.

Muslims believe in God and the Spirit created by God.

Christians and Jews are more monotheist believing that God and His Spirit are ONE. They are of the same being.

Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

You are actually proving that you are more polytheist than Jews and Christians.

It would, of course, be preposterous to believe that God's own Spirit would act independently from Him.
You believing that God's Spirit worshiping Him is definitely more polytheist than us.
Does the Quran really say that God's own Spirit worships Him?

The difference between this and Christianity is that Christians believe that the Spirit is God.

That God and His Spirit are ONE perfectly defines monotheism.
Like ourselves with our spirits - in the image of God.
Are you two men? Metaphorically I suppose you could speak of your spirit-self apart from your physical-self, but did your wife marry two husbands?

Muslims just consider it a helper and servant of God Almighty.

I didn't realize it before but you really do believe 1 + 1 = 2

Again you ignore what I say.

I said that the Holy Spirit is not a part of God at all.

It is just a creation and has nothing Godly in it.

And tell me how the Holy Spirit and the father are ONE BEING.

How can two distinct being be one?

Are they fused together like Vageta is fused with Goku in Dragon Ball Z?

The truth is that TRINITY is copied from the pagan Egyptian beliefs.

It is copied from the the Egyptian 3-headed pagan God Osiris, and was formed by the Egyptian Christians Emperor in 325 AD.

Christians just invent things as time goes along.

They believe Jesus is a God-Man.

I have heard of Superman, Batman and Spiderman but I never though I would hear of God-man.

Your Bible changes every month but the public is fooled about it.

Not only a presposterous charge, but I would choose my words more carefully if I were you:

Mat 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

But then you deny the Son of God and His blood that would save you so it would seem it doesn't matter anyway.

All sin shall be forgiven except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

According to this we will be forgiven because we honour the Holy Spirit.

Yes I have a spirit, but it is within me and I have full control over it. God made me like that. I am the spirit, but the flesh is not me.

God created a spirit, which obeys everything He asks of it.

There is no such thing as blood remission though.

Jesus never says that the only way to enter Heaven is to believe in the Atonement.

That is a lie.

He confirms from a Pharisee, that to inherit eternal life you must love the Lord and honour him with all mind and heart and love your neighbour as yourself (Luke 10:25-28).

Therefore according to his confirmation we are going to inherit eternal life.

I am a spirit.

The flesh covering me is simply dead meat.

It would not be alive without the spirit.

I am one person.

The flesh is no person.

1+0=1

1 person.

But trinity:

1+1+1=3.

3 Gods.

You believe however that God the the Spirit is God and the Father is God.

That means that 2 distinct beings are both God, making God 2 and not 1.

Polytheism.

'Hear O Israel! The Lord our God is ONE LORD (Not 3 LORDS)' (Mark 12:29).

There goes your Holy Satanic Trinity.

To hell.

A polytheistic sick belief formed in 325 AD in Egypt, forged from Egyptian paganism, i.e, Osiris the 3-headed God.

For a Christian or a Jew this could be considered blasphemy. What you are saying is that you control God's Spirit, rather than being submitted to it. For Christians and Jews it is God's Spirit that is in us. We pray that it control us, not the other way around. We are submitted to God, don't pretend to control Him:

Exd 31:3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

What you are doing is everything in your power to deny that God has a Spirit, because you know that if you did, you would be a polytheist by the same measure you apply to Christians. Do you see what a tangled web you are weaving by making it up as you go along? By denying that God has a Spirit? Mohammed did the same thing. By the time he got done making it up as he went along he had a mess that requires abrogation of 71 out of 114 suras:

Quran 2:106 None of Our revelations do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, but We substitute something better or similar: Knowest thou not that Allah Hath power over all things?

Not abrogated.....just........substituted.......for something better! Preposterous.

http://islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=116.0

God made me like that. I am the spirit, but the flesh is not me.

For a Christian, to deny that we have a body, would be to deny the temple that God dwells in, through the holy Ghost:

1Cr 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

God created a spirit, which obeys everything He asks of it.

Sorry my friend but you don't. Admitting to sin, and then repenting, is the first step in becoming a regenerate individual.

Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

There is no such thing as blood remission though.

You deny Jesus' blood that would buy you:

Hbr 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and WITHOUT SHEDDING OF BLOOD IS NO REMISSION.

Jesus never says that the only way to enter Heaven is to believe in the Atonement.

That is a lie.

You engage in blasphemy pretty casually:

Mat 26:28 For this is MY BLOOD of the new testament, which is SHED FOR MANY for the remission of sins.

He confirms from a Pharisee, that to inherit eternal life you must love the Lord and honour him with all mind and heart and love your neighbour as yourself (Luke 10:25-28).

Therefore according to his confirmation we are going to inherit eternal life.

There is no shortage of Christians also that believe if one tries to be good person, or if one simply believes in God, one is saved. Perhaps that's so if a person remained ignorant to the Gospels and what God is and expects of us. But you and I both know that Satan believes in God too.
You can't plead ignorance my friend.

You can't love and honor God as long as you deny the blood of His Son our Savior.

Jhn 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

What does that mean? How does Jesus take away the sin of the world?

As long as you deny the record that God gave us:

1Jo 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: HE THAT BELIEVETH NOT GOD HATH MADE HIM A LIAR; because HE BELIEVED NOT THE RECORD that God gave of his Son.

Deny the blood that bought you:

Hebrews 10:29 Of HOW MUCH SORER PUNISHMENT, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, WHO HATH TRODDEN UNDER FOOT THE SON OF GOD, and HATH COUNTED THE BLOOD OF THE COVENANT, wherewith he was sanctified, AN UNHOLY THING, and hath DONE DESPITE UNTO THE SPIRIT OF GRACE?

you will remain condemned.

I am a spirit.

The flesh covering me is simply dead meat.

It would not be alive without the spirit.

I am one person.

The flesh is no person.

1+0=1

1 person.

I am created in the image of God. Self and Spirit.

Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

But trinity:

1+1+1=3.

3 Gods.

I have shown you repeatedly that we don't. If we believed in 3 gods we wouldn't be Christians.

Mark 12...Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord 32 ... for there is one God; and there is none other but he:

We believe in God. But we also believe that God manifest Himself to mankind. If He hadn't, we couldn't even know He exists. God manifest Himself through His Spirit, and God also sent a part of Himself manifest in the flesh of Jesus Christ to become the perfect example to all mankind.

The very OPPOSITE of the false prophet Mohammed.

You believe however that God the the Spirit is God and the Father is God.

In over 235 verses the bible calls God the Father. That's why I believe it. But you deny the Word of God even as you quote from it. Doesn't that ever make you feel foolish? I quote from the Quran, but it is to show that Mohammed's book is THE EXACT OPPOSITE of God's Word.

In over 80 of those verses Jesus refers directly or indirectly to God as His Father.
http://www.islamandthetruth.com/god_the_father.htm
That is why I believe God is Jesus Father, and Jesus God's Son. Because he was the ONLY begotten of the father.

http://islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=55.0

That means that 2 distinct beings are both God, making God 2 and not 1.

Polytheism.

'Hear O Israel! The Lord our God is ONE LORD (Not 3 LORDS)' (Mark 12:29).

There goes your Holy Satanic Trinity.

To hell.

A polytheistic sick belief formed in 325 AD in Egypt, forged from Egyptian paganism, i.e, Osiris the 3-headed God.

It is what is bequeathed to us through God's Word.
You choose to follow the 23 year abrogation filled record of a 6th century pillaging, plundering, murdering, sexually enslaving, imperialistic conquering false prophet, that contradicted the 1600 year record that God gave us through all of his prophets and legions of witnesses. You choose THE OPPOSITE. You deny the very blood that would save you.

Jhn 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

2Jo 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

Yes I have a spirit, but it is within me ...

Indeed. So you are literally two people or one person?

Brother Pete, you did not quote every thing I said.

I said that the spirit in me is alive and I am the spirit.

However the flesh is simply dead meat, that becomes controllable because of the spirit.

I am one person.

However the difference is that you believe the Father is God and the Spirit is God.

The spirit is me but the flesh is not me.

That makes 1+0=1.

1 person.

However to you and trinitarians the Father is God and the Spirit is God.

That makes 1+1=2.

That makes 2 Gods.

We say the Spirit simply a servant created by God Almighty that does his works for him and serves him, as taught in the Noble Qur'an.

Answer all my claims and not just those you can (thou stupidly) answer:

Bats are birds to the your God (Leviticus 11:13, 19).

Science has proven today that bats are mammals and not birds, because they do not have feathers, have fur and do not lay eggs.

The Bible says that the EARTH HAS PILLARS (1 Samuel 2:8, Job 9:6).

The Bible says the EARTH IS FIRMLY ESTABLISHED (Psalm 93:1, 1 Chronicals 16:30).

The Bible says that the EARTH IS FIXED AND THE SUN TRAVELS AROUND IT (Job 9:7).

The Bible says that the EARTH HAS FOUR CORNERS (Revelation 7:1)

I did not say I control the Holy Spirit.

God controls the Holy Spirit.

However I have my own spirit in me.

There are many spirits and one of them is the Holy Spirit.

Why can't you understand a word I say?

What I control is my own spirit, which is me.

The flesh is simply dead meat, made alive by my spirit.

Exodus 31:3 says that God filled Bezaleel with the Holy Spirit.

This means that he sent the Holy Spirit to inspire him.

What does that have to do with anything?

Messengers of God are those who recieve the Holy Spirit.

Tell me:

If Christians have the Holy Spirit in them then why are they the biggest sinners in the world?

I don't deny that I am covered in flesh.

I just said that the flesh is dead.

Where are you heading?

A dead end, I think because nothing you are saying is relevant.

Romans 3:10 is Paul and so is 1 Corinthians 6:19.

If I followed the accursed teachings of Paul I would not marry (1 Corinthians 7:1), would be the head of my wife and boss her around (1 Corinthians 11:3), would have women covered while praying and have their heads shaved if they do not do so (1 Corinthians 11:5-6), would force women to shut up in Church and be submissive (1 Corinthians 14:34-35), would not allow women to teach and force them into silence (1 Timothy 2:11-12) and would have my wife submit to me as if I am the Lord (Ephesians 5:22).

So there goes Paul.

And I do not follow Hebrews 9:22.

Stop giving me false doctrines of the Bible.

Jesus says:

"But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." (Matthew 9:13).

Jesus did not want sacrifice, so he did not want himself to be sacrificed for you.

He wanted sinners, like us to go into repentance.

God will forgive my sins and not some stupid blood money.

Matthew 26:28, I do not follow.

It also contradicts Matthew 9:13, where Jesus says that he does not desire sacrifice.

Jesus says:

"...Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."

What is the Gospel?

Is it the Gospel of Matthew, Mark, Luke or John?

No.

It is the Gospel of Jesus.

Where is this Gospel?

It is vanished.

There was such thing as a Gospel of Jesus, therefore according to Mark 16:15, written during his life.

Then where is it.

If you can find it, I am certain that it will prophesy the advent of Islam and Mohammad, as the seal of Prophets and mercy to mankind.

But it is lost.

You people threw it away.

Don't tell me to follow the Bible.

I follow the Gospel of Jesus, not the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

They are corrupted and man-altered.

Genesis 1:26 is a fabrication, to the scriptures.

It is nothing but a lie.

Why should I ever follow, that God made us in his image?

Did God create us to look like himself?

No, because we do not look like God at all.

So, where did this sick lie come from?

And Mohammad is not a false Prophet, mate.

Your Bible says otherwise:

1 John 4:2:

'This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah) who has come in the flesh is from God...'

1 John 5:1:

"Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah) is born of God..."

Surah Ale-Imran 3:45 says that Jesus is the Messiah and therefore we pass the test as spirits of God.

We Muslims and our Prophet are spirits of God and are born of God according to your Bible.

You have never touched on that and never answer it.

Why?

And if you worship one God, as the Bible teaches, then why do you believe in a Trinity.

Both concepts contradict one-another.

You said:

"You choose to follow the 23 year abrogation filled record of a 6th century pillaging, plundering, murdering, sexually enslaving, imperialistic conquering false prophet..."

Actually the Prophets of the Bible are ordered by your God to pillage, plunder, murder, rape and conquer:

Numbers 31:17-18:

"Now kill all the boys and all the women who have slept with a man, but save for yourselves the girls who have not slept with a man".

Deuteronomy 20:10-14:

"As you approach a town to attack it, first offer its people terms for peace.  If they accept your terms and open the gates to you, then all the people inside will serve you in forced labor.  But if they refuse to make peace and prepare to fight, you must attack the town.  When the LORD your God hands it over to you, kill every man in the town.  But you may keep for yourselves all the women, children, livestock, and other plunder.  You may enjoy the spoils of your enemies that the LORD your God has given you."

Our Prophet did not pillage any town.

Our Prophet took the spoils of war, so that the Muslims could use them to improve their nation with 20% of it and give the rest to orphans, poor people, sick people and broken families.

The Muslims only murdered oppressors in acts of self-defense and to stop oppression.

What would you do?

While Hitler is killing 1000s of Jews, would you all sit down and pray to the Lord to stop this oppression or would you get ready to fight them yourselves to stop oppression?

Simple answer.

You must fight to end oppression and that is what our Prophet did.

If you sat down and prayed, God would give you nothing because you are a useless person who can do nothing except sit and pray.

Go out there and join in some action to end oppression instead of sitting on your ass and praying.

That is how you can help.

About sexually enslaving.

Allah ordered us to free captives, if they wanted freedom and to even give them some money so they can make a living.(Surah an-Nur 24:33).

He only allowed us to have sexual relations with them so that we would not fornicate.

We would perform temporary marriage with them, and not be allowed to force them into sex, according to the verse I quoted.

Allah made temporary marriage lawful only in this case, so that we would not fornicate.

And we did not conquer those who were peaceful, did not seek to destroy Islam and did not oppress.

We only conquered those who were oppressive, who sought to destroy Islam and did not make peace.

I deny that blood can save, because I am a Muslim.

If I followed the Bible, I would contradict myself 600 and probably more, times.

Blood cannot save anyone.

God will forgive my sins, not blood.

Blood is created by God.

I seek remission from the creator.

You seek remission from the created.

That is why we are the truth and you are falsehood.

I said that the spirit in me is alive and I am the spirit.

However the flesh is simply dead meat, that becomes controllable because of the spirit.

My body is the temple of God.

I am one person.

So am I. A person WITH a spirit. In the image of God.

Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

God has a spirit just as I do in His image.

However the difference is that you believe the Father is God and the Spirit is God.

If you continue to mischaracterize my beliefs that I have previously expressed I will end our conversation.
I believe God IS THE Father because 234 verses in God's Word tell me that.

I believe God HAS a Spirit because that Spirit is OF God.

The false prophet says all kinds of false things. Indeed OPPOSITE things. That 71 of only 114 suras are abrogated proves that even Mohammed knew he was full of false and contradictory things.

Here are 26 verses that attest that the Spirit is OF God:
http://www.blueletterbible.org/search/translationResults.cfm?Criteria=%22spirit+of+god%22&t=KJV

We find that the Holy Ghost - the Comforter - is the Spirit that is come in Jesus name:

The term "Holy Ghost" occurs 89 times, in the New Testament only:

http://www.blueletterbible.org/search/translationResults.cfm?Criteria=holy+ghost&t=KJV

Here's why:

Jhn 14:26 But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

God's Spirit in those that follow Jesus Christ. You do not follow Jesus Christ, my friend. Instead you blaspheme God, and His Word, and His Son, over and over again.

God controls the Holy Spirit.

However I have my own spirit in me.

There are many spirits and one of them is the Holy Spirit.

Did you ever consider having someone cast out those spirits?
Plenty of spirits I can't argue with, but you deny the record that God gave of His Son.

You are filled with that spirit of antichrist:

1 John 2:22  Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? HE IS ANTICHRIST, THAT DENIETH the Father and THE SON. 23 WHOSOEVER DENIETH THE SON, THE SAME HATH NOT THE FATHER: [(but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also].

Sorry but you are deluded if you believe you are filled with the Holy Ghost. Islam is the opposite.

1Jo 5:10  He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: HE THAT BELIEVETH NOT GOD HATH MADE HIM A LIAR; because HE BELIEVED NOT THE RECORD that God gave of his Son.
