To our Muslim friends, it would be far better for you to begin with the most important category in this forum, which is
the whole subject of the Gospel, that being the crucifixion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ - the Lamb of God - before spending time in this category. It can be accessed at this link.
http://islamchristianforum.com/index.php?board=43.0The whole subject of
the Gospel is fulfillment of the prophesied coming of the Messiah and the
new covenant He brought through his crucifixion, death and resurrection, just as it was
prophesied during the old covenant so many hundreds of years before the event, and just as
Jesus prophesied of Himself.
That new covenant is about propitiation of sin for all, through faith in
His shed blood.
Gentiles that deny the blood of Jesus will die with their sins and separated from God. Any questions you have regarding any other subject are irrelevant as long as you deny the sacrifice that Jesus made for us.
This is
a black and white issue with no gray area as it is what the Gospel is about.
Mat 26:28
For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. Here's why.
Rom 6:23
For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.Yet
600 years after this event Mohammed denied it and recited the EXACT OPPOSITE of the Gospel, in his stand-alone 7th century 23 year record.
Surah 4.157
That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:- http://www.petewaldo.com/Please ask yourself, does it really make sense that the whole subject of the Gospel, in which even Jesus prophesied His own death and resurrection with that event being covered in great detail, somehow became the EXACT OPPOSITE of what it had been? Particularly when we have over
5300 partial or complete manuscripts of the New Testament that were penned prior to fourth century A.D.
Please ask yourself. How many religions fill their adherents with complete resolve as to what to
DISbelieve? If you ask yourself who did die on the cross you will likely find your mind working exactly as Mohammed described Christians and Jews -
who in fact are in complete resolve as to the historical fact that Jesus was killed. Indeed ever since the first century there has never been a single Christian that has denied the crucifixion. If someone did, he simply couldn't be a Christian!
What else did Mohammed say in IN THE 7TH CENTURY so many hundreds of years, after the Gospel had been translated into every popular language, had been copied tens of thousands of times, and was being read all over the known world?
Sura 5:47
Let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein.http://islamchristianforum.com/index.php?topic=1704.0This was an earlier "revelation" from his Mecca days that contradicts his later "revelations" from his post Medina days. Just like his earlier more peaceful verses like "no compulsion in religion"
being abrogated by his post Medina verses calling on his followers to "smite the unbelievers at the neck".
YHWH gave us free will. We have a choice to sincerely pursue the truth, or further indoctrinate ourselves in the religion we were raised in, or later taught. It is up to each one of us to investigate and weigh the evidence. Our eternal life hangs in the balance.
Scripture proves God exists and inspired His Word. Since Mohammed taught the exact opposite of the Gospel, either Christians or Muslims are, necessarily, terribly, terribly wrong.
ONE MUST CHOOSE.Either the sinless Messiah Jesus Christ through the 1600 year record of God to mankind through ALL of His prophets and witnesses, that His people have followed through two covenants, for 3500 years.
Or the 23 year 7th century record of Mohammed, who himself well understood, that he was anything but sinless.
