"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put My words in his mouth; and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him" Deuteronomy 18:18
Who in the Old Testament were the brethren of the sons of Israel if not the sons of Ismael?? (descended from Abraham's first wife Hagar at the well of Zam Zam at Makkah called Bakkah in those days) Who else could have been the Prophet like unto Moses? Who was more similar to him than the Prophet Muhammad?

Acts 3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. 23 And it shall come to pass, [that] every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.

Hagar was Abraham's wife Sarah's HANDMAIDEN. Sarah was advanced in age and thought herself incapable of bearing children. She encouraged Abraham to have a child with her handmaiden to be raised as their own. That wasn't an unusual custom at the time to carry on a man's name. That child with the handmaiden was Ishmael.
Sarah then later did bear a child, his name was Isaac.
Because of Ishmael's mocking, Sarah encouraged Abraham to throw Hagar and Ishamel out, which he did.

You don't understand where the law is.
In prophecy:
Jeremiah 31:33 But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

So if a person that believes himself to be a son of God is engaging in serial sin, or sins with intent, then he likely does not have that law written in his inward parts, does he? He likely isn't guided by the Holy Spirit. While sanctification is a process, disobedience is just that.
For example, if he steals from others he exposes himself.
