"Saudi Arabia Uncovered" - good movie available on Netflix
Just watched it. Here is a discussion between a young child and an interviewer:
Interviewer: Tell me what they
teach you in school about the Shia and the blasphemers?
Child:
All Christians should be punished with deathThe documentary does a decent job scratching the surface of what goes on over there, but it goes on to blame "worship of the Saudi royal family" for such extreme teachings and many of the crimes done in the name of religion... presenting them as if these things are some sort of aberration of Islam (they are not).
If you want to see, with your eyes, what goes on over there, this is a good documentary. It doesn't show the complete acts of beheading to their full end, but gives enough for you to know, without a doubt, that it is a regular practice.
The analysis, as I mentioned, doesn't lay the blame in the right place, though.
