No surprise at this point that the subject Muslim advocates Mutilation of "enemies".
This is of course what is happening around the world. Islamic violence against the "enemies" of Islam. But what does it take to be an enemy?

Koran (Sura 8:12) I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them
